Work unto the Lord in all you do…Col.3:23
I have been a professional behaviorist/trainer ( www.GonetotheDogs.com ) for over 30+ years; working with dogs over 42 years, raising and training my own dogs: St. Bernards, Rottweilers, and now German Shepherds. I have worked in privately owned kennels and have also managed a commercial kennel, working and handling literally thousands of dogs through the years; whelping over one hundred litters from all breeds (for others). Through this period of time I always had the opportunity to work with the German Shepherd breed enjoying the European bloodlines the most. My first pups were Arec & Afra v’ant Vierselhof from two famous Belgian dogs; Nessel v’ant Antverpa x Rani van Daelenberghutte. Arec was trained & sold as a protection dog to an L.A. jeweler and Afra was co-owned & bred once to a male of East German lines a Fero grandson. I kept and bred a female, breeding her to a beautiful lacquer black male, Golf vom Kreuzstein from Germany. I kept a male from this litter, my Zidane. I now propose to start young dogs for the purpose of service and sport; having the right working bloodlines is everything as any successful breeder can testify.
“I am the house of Estrada
founded on this rocky outcrop,
I am older than Velasco
and to the king I owe nothing.” ** The reference to the surname Velasco responds to an ancient rivalry between the two as to which was older. Velasco is an old Castilian surname, from the mountains of Santander. Estrada being one of the oldest names of Spain
